We couldn't be happier with the effort and results from Alex! She provided excellent counsel and advice from the initial walkthrough through to the finalized offer. While our house was only on the market for 5 days before we received our offer, she worked tirelessly for weeks leading up to the sale (did I mention she spent her Thanksgiving handing out coffee and cookies at our open house while we were out of town?).

I can’t recommend Alex enough. She helped us find our first home back in 2010 and we spent seven happy years there. It was our first time buying a home and she was very patient and excellent at matching our wish list to what was out in the market. Fast forward to 2018--she recently helped us buy our second home and sell our first as we are now a family of three. We had been looking for quite a while, but nothing really spoke to us. When this property came up, we almost passed on it, but because Alex knew us and the area so well she strongly suggested that we take another look. She was right: it was perfect for us. During the selling process she went above and beyond. We were just about to go on vacation and not only did she break down the next steps so everything didn’t seem too overwhelming, she personally oversaw all the organizing and staging details, hired cleaners and gave us regular updates while we were away. Alex was introduced to us through one of our friends. She patiently listened to our needs and showed us houses that met our requirements. I had an excellent buying experience with Alex for a few reasons. First, she is extremely informed about not just real estate, but also investments and some financial topics. Second, she is friend who cared that I bought something good, something I would really love. Third, she is patient and willing to show and go through a lot of places. And finally, she provides guidance to help me make smart decisions, instead of leaving me alone to my own devices. I have heard horror stories of realtors who simply do the most basic, especially in this market, and provide almost no guidance. But Alex was nothing like that, she treated me as a valuable client making an important life decision. The best part of it is how honest she is. She will not provide guidance on matters that are not within her expertise but was willing to refer to me experts. Similarly, she was clearly vocal about possible bad choices I was willing to make, steering me away from mistakes. With Alex, I was able to talk openly about all the things in my mind, and she not only listened, but factored that in our search for the perfect place. She patiently showed me many places and helped me place bids on a few before finally getting a place I was happy with.
